Actions

Send Customer to Bloomreach Engagement

This action sends collected customer data to Bloomreach Engagement to create or update customer properties.

The customer properties sent can be configured in the addon settings.

Error Logs

To view the error logs, click Logs on the top bar of the addon settings.

Error logs are listed from most recent to oldest, with each entry showing the timestamp, request, HTTP status code, and error message.

Optional: Unbind from Project

When a Bloomreach Engagement addon instance is created in a project, it becomes bound to that specific project.

To reuse the same addon instance in other projects, click Unbind from Project at the top of the addon settings.

The unbounded addon instance will be available from other projects with the Bloomreach Engagement addon enabled.
