Improving Your Workflow

We know that even without the hassle of IT development, content production can become cumbersome, repetitive and above all… very time consuming.

That is why we have enabled a set of tools to help you get more done in less time.

  • Naming – name layout sections and important components for quick identification
  • Undo/Redo – know that you can always undo/redo your changes for the current unsaved version of your project. For example, you can make some style and content changes, then preview your changes, and then once back in the editor undo them if you are not satisfied.
  • Copy and Paste content – for example edit the layout and styling of the first Question of a Quiz, before copying that entire layout and pasting it on a number of other questions. Then all you need to do is edit the content.
  • Copy and Paste style themes – you want to change the style of all the buttons in a template? Simply edit a button to the style you want, then use copy theme and navigate the project, clicking on the buttons you wish to change the look of.
  • Create part templates – avoid repetitive content creation. If you create something you may reuse later in the same project, or on another, you can save it as a part template to later just drag and drop into your content.
  • Using Notes – notes can help you organize your own work, as well as remind others for example of what is missing to be done, or what has been done
