Publishing

You must have an active platform license and a monthly plan, to publish content.

If so, whenever you like, you can publish a project. To do so:

  1. Click the Publish button
  2. Review your page settings
  3. Click Confirm and Publish

Once published, the page becomes publicly available.

You can always find the page LIVE URL by clicking the View page icon on the top bar.

Can I Make Changes After Publishing?

Certainly! After publishing content, you can make changes and save your project without affecting the published LIVE content.

Can I Republish My Content?

Yes, of course. Whenever you make changes to your content, if you want those changes to be applied to the published LIVE content, you must republish your project.

Note: there is absolutely no downtime when republishing, so you can safely republish as often as you like.

Taking A Page Offline

You can take a page offline by clicking the Power On/Off button on the top bar. When you do so, the link to your previoulsy LIVE page will return a 404 Not Found error page.

Republishing the page will make it Online again.

Human Friendly URL

By default, a page Dot.vu URL does not reflect which page it is. You can change the page extension under page settings, so that you and others can more easily identify the page just by reading the URL.

If your page was already LIVE, remember to republish after changing the extension.
